Preheat oven to 350 F. Take out two separate medium size mixing bowls. In one bowl, whisk together eggs and set aside. In another bowl mix together your dry ingredients (sugar, flour, Country Farms chocolate greens powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt). Slowly pour dry ingredients into the bowl with the eggs and stir. Next add in your melted and cooled chocolate and coconut oil. Stir batter until smooth. It will be thick. If needed you can add in a splash of water or brewed coffee.
Lastly, add in the remaining chocolate chips. Grease your baking dish with non-stick spray and using a rubber scraper pour your batter evenly into the pan. Bake for about 20-25 minute or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let the brownies cool for at least 30 minutes in the fridge before cutting. Enjoy!
