Chocolate Meal Replacement Bars

    Chocolate Meal Replacement Bars

  • 1.5 Cups Quick Oats
  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut Flour
  • 2 Scoops of Super Shake
  • 0.25 Cup Coconut Shreds or Hemp Seeds
  • 0.25 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 0.25 Cup Creamy Nut Butter
  • 0.5 Cup of Agave, Honey, or Maple Syrup
  • 2 Tablespoons of Country Farms MCT oil
  • 4 Tablespoons of Dark Chocolate Chips

Directions:

In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients and mix well using your hands. Line an 8x8 baking pan parchment paper and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Begin to press the mixture into the pan by placing another sheet of parchment paper on top. Use a rubber spatula or rolling pin to evenly press the mixture down into the pan. Freeze for 15 minutes before cutting them into bars and enjoy!
