Cheesy Veggie Bacon Omelet

    Cheesy Veggie Bacon Omelet

  • 2 Slices Cooked Bacon
  • 1 Tablespoon Country Farms MCT Oil
  • 1 Oz. Chopped Asparagus
  • 1 Tablespoon Light Cream
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Tablespoon Ground Flax Seeds
  • 1 Oz. Shredded Swiss Chees
  • 1 Dash Black Pepper


Cook 2 slices of bacon and chop. In the same skillet, add MCT oil with the bacon drippings. In a bowl combine the MCT oil and bacon drippings mixture with the bacon, asparagus, light cream, eggs and flax seeds. Pour the entire contents into the skillet. Flip the omelet, then add the swiss cheese. When cooked, fold the omelet over in half and serve with a dash of black pepper.
