Mouthwatering Salmon with Caramelized Onion

  • 8 Oz. Salmon Steak
  • 1 Tablespoon Unsalted Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Country Farms MCT Oil
  • 0.5 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 0.5 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 0.25 Cup Sliced Red Onion
  • 0.25 Tablespoon Rosemary


Apply cooking spray to skillet. Grill the salmon in the skillet until tender. Put salmon aside. Heat butter, MCT oil, black pepper and lemon juice in skillet; then add red onion. When onion is softened, serve entire mixture with salmon. Sprinkle with rosemary seasoning and enjoy while its hot.
