Creamy MCT Oil Thai Iced Tea

    Spiced Black Tea Portion

  • 1 Cup Boiling Water
  • 4 Black Tea Bags
  • 3 Star Anise Pods
  • 5 Cardamom Pods Crushed
  • 2 Whole Cloves
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon to Taste
  • 3 Cups Room Temperature Water
  • Ice For Serving

    MCT Oil Cream

  • 1 Can Full Fat Coconut Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Country Farms MCT Oil
  • 0.25 Teaspoon Liquid Vanilla Stevia or More to Taste


To make the spiced black tea: Bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Then remove from heat and add the tea bags, star anise, cardamom, cloves, and cinnamon. Steep for 10 minutes. Finally, strain and add 3 cups room temperature water.

While the tea steeps, make the MCT oil cream. Add all cream ingredients to a blender. Then blend on high speed until emulsified, smooth, and creamy. The last step is to assemble the Thai iced tea by adding the desired amount of ice to a glass. Fill at least halfway and up to 3/4 of the way with the tea. Then, fill your glass to the top with the MCT oil cream. Stir ingredients together and enjoy this delicious dairy-free beverage!
